Yes, that is a Cadillac Catera with stick-on portholes, hood scoop, and seat covers with skulls on them. Obviously, this all makes the car much ziggier.

I think tacked on port holes make the top of my list of things I hate that people do to their cars. Every time I see it I just cringe. Same thing with dumb ass huge, tasteless rims.
